Conover 40th

here did the time go? It
seems like it was just
yesterday that we were walking the
streets of New Brunswick hopping
from bar to bar as Rutgers University
undergraduates.
As Larry turns 40, Kristin throws her husband a dinner party in New Brunswick followed by a pub crawl to all the familiar haunts.
We started out with dinner at Marita's Cantina. Dinner was followed by a short walk to The Corner Tavern. Next was the mandatory stop at the Olde Queens Tavern.
Those of us who required the service of a baby sitter for just the evening reluctantly left the group who continued on to other establishments. If someone can fill in the blanks for the rest of the evening we'll gladly post your comments and the full itinerary.
Happy Birthday, Larry. Kristin, thanks for an enjoyable evening and the trip down memory lane.
UPDATE: After drinks at the Olde Queens Tavern, the group continued on to The Scarlet Pub (aka Pete's), The Knight Club and The Golden Rail. The journey ends at The Hyatt Regency for those who spent the night.
George was refused from entering The Knight Club for being too intoxicated. Rooster was refused from The Golden Rail for the same reason but was able to talk his was in past the bouncers.

Glad you all could be there - I had a blast! I can't help with more details for obvious reasons - but I did make it to the end. I wasn't even the one (or rather two - George) who bouncers turned away at the door for being too drunk.
Sunday was a long tired day though -not the way I remember back when we were in college. I think I was at the gym in those days long before I even got out of bed this time. How many shots did I get to??
